		<description>If somebody has taken the time to write a genuinely customized error message, I think that there&#039;s a reasonable chance that they actually put the effort in to make sure the error logs get seen by a real person.

No, it&#039;s not guaranteed, but you at least know that somebody, at some point, thought about error handling. Imagine that. :)</description>
