Thanks! That Was Sooo Helpful…Sigh…

Not much to say about this little guy, except that it reduces peoples’ trust in a website when these types of error messages show up.

I know, I get it: this type of message is helpful to the programmer. But does it have to be exposed to the customer?

    Oh! Error messages should give a description of the problem that users understand and help in solving it… this fails on both accounts.

    Actually, as a Programmer (One that actually pays attention to usability), I can tell you that the above error is a huge pain! Not only is it not usable for the end user, but it's hardly useful to the programmer trying to figure out what to fix!
