Lol I hate this error. It's almost as bad as the one where you are trying to delete a file and for some reason, Vista thinks the file is still open. God I HATE this bug and it still isn't fixed....

I think you'll need to log the responses in a spreadsheet - it's going to be difficult to know where you are otherwise :P
